NickFest Line-up

St. Nicholas Church is proud to bring O’Fallon’s #1 Family Festival back to O’Fallon. The two-day festival begins on Friday, May 18th at Noon – 10PM and continues on Saturday, May 19th at 8AM with a 5K Run/Walk/Kid’s Run then rides, food, games and entertainment open at Noon – 10PM. The festival will take place on the Church parking lot at 625 St. Nicholas Drive, O’Fallon, IL. 


NickFest will feature a complete entertainment line up including 15 Amusement Rides for kids of all ages provided by Tinsley Entertainment.  There will be 14 games sponsored by Olson Orthodontics for children and adults including festival favorite games and activities will include Face Painting, Cake Wheel, Fish Pond, Basketball Toss and more.  And the infamous, IDOODIT will again be a crowd favorite.  IDOODIT is a fast paced action-filled game where competitors race to line up five balls in a row and yell IDOODIT. The Bingo Hall sponsored by Bollmeier Dental will open every night at 6PM 


The Bank of O’Fallon Main Stage entertainment features two headliner Bands – SMASH BAND on Friday Night the 18th at 6PM and WHISKEY DIXON on Saturday Night the 19th at 6PM. 


Other Main Stage Acts feature local musical acts and dance troupes including the OTHS Jazz Band, The State Street Dance Company, St. Clare Grade School Choir and more!

NickFest released the following schedule of events:

Friday, May 18th

Noon – Rides, Games and Food Booths Open

5 PM – Princesses and Super Heroes Meet and Greet

5:30 PM – Out of the Blue Vocal Group

6 PM – Bollmeier Dental Bingo Hall Opens

6–10 PM – SMASH BAND, a local favorite will perform the best of the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and more.

Saturday, May 19th

8  AM – 5K Carbon Cycle Energy RUN/Walk/KIDS RUN Registration

9 AM Carbon Cycle 5K Run Starts and Awards to follow – Free Egg and I breakfast to all participants

12 PM  Rides, Games and Food Booths Open

12 PM – St. Clare School Choir will kick of the day with a variety of musical selections.

1 PM – DANCESTATION State Street Dance Company

2 PM – Carriel/Fulton Junior High School Choir

3 PM – Jeremy Wright

4 PM – Mass

5 PM – O’Fallon Township High School Jazz Band will perform standard jazz greats.

5 PM – Princesses and Super Heroes Meet and Greet

6 PM – Bollmeier Dental Bingo Hall Opens

6-10 PM – Whiskey Dixon will take the stage bringing their modern southern rock style to the festival.

9 PM – Announcement of $1000 Winning Tickets

In addition, on Friday and Saturday, children will have the opportunity to meet and greet  characters each evening including favorites like Cinderella and other princesses and super heroes.


The Nickfest Food Tent, sponsored by the Furdek Family, will also feature a wide variety of food including smoked pulled pork, pork steaksand chicken kabobs along with fair favorites like hotdogs, hamburgers and brats and more. There are gluten free, nut free and egg free options for those with food allergies.


The Tasty Treats Tent, brought to you by Wilke Window and Door, will provide all the indulgent festival treats including funnel cakes, fried brownies, and fried oreos.  


Those interested in participating in the Carbon Cycle Energy 5K Run/Walk/Kids Run you can pre-register by visiting, or picking up a form at Toolen’s Running Start in Shiloh.  Same day registration is also available beginning at 8AM.  The fee is $25 to run and includes a t-shirt while supplies last.


For the adults, there is a Wine Tasting Garden brought to you by Community Financial Advisors and a Specialty Beer Stand sponsored by Gibbs Surgical.  And there’s even a few games for the adults including the Big Six Wheel, Poker Stand and Pull Tabs – and a chance to win $1000 through the NickFest $1000 raffle drawing.  Only 100 tickets are being sold and can be pre-purchased at the St. Nicholas Church Office.
